An uplifting tale about a little Italian boy who has moved with his family to start a new life introducing pizza, ice cream and coffee to the Welsh Valleys. The cooing of birds reminds him of a sunlit Roman piazza and draws him into an unlikely friendship with a retired miner and his champion racing pigeons.
 
Set in the 1920’s, the show is bursting with history and nostalgia. 
A magical tale for the whole family.
