The Standing Conference provides an opportunity for the key decision makers from a wide range of organisations working across Caerphilly county borough to come together to look at ways of improving the quality of life for residents and businesses.
With a membership of 80+ organisations from the statutory, business and private, voluntary and community sectors, the Standing Conference comes together twice a year, in the Spring and Autumn. Each event contains a mixture of presentations from expert speakers and workshop sessions.

The most recent Standing Conference took place on 22nd March, 2016. The event called "The Caerphilly We Want" introduced The Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act and discussed what this new legislation means to those who live in the county borough and for the organisations that provide services.
