Standing conference

The Standing Conference provides an opportunity for the key decision makers from various organisations across Caerphilly county borough to come together to look at ways of improving the quality of life for residents and businesses.

With a membership of 80+ organisations from the statutory, business and private, voluntary and community sectors, the Standing Conference comes together twice a year, in the Spring and Autumn.  Each event contains a mixture of presentations from expert speakers and workshop sessions.

The most recent Standing Conference took place on 12th June 2015. The event called "Not Standing Still ...... Economic Recovery in Caerphilly" followed on from the previous conference to look at how partners can work with the business and social enterpise sector to improve the economic prospects of the borough and its residents.  You can read the reports and presentations by selecting the links below.
