Education Room / Conference Facilities
The visitor centre at Cwmcarn boasts an education facility with over 100 square meters of useable space and provides a perfect location for learning within a natural environment. With modern facilities we aim to provide educational opportunities for schools, tertiary groups and life long learning. It was also envisaged that this facility would be used as a resource for the community and local groups and is available for hire.
The room also features heavily in the full and varied events programme that we run at the centre, including children’s events, storytelling workshops, craft fairs and much more!
The room can seat up to 50 as theatre style and can comfortably accommodate smaller groups for seminars and meetings.
Equipment is available for PowerPoint presentation with a standard screen and a slide projector can also be made available.
We can tailor an education visit for you with one of our site Wardens or you are welcome to book the room for a self-led visit.
Onsite catering is available for groups wishing to use our facilities for training events, conferences or meetings. Please call the visitor centre on 01495 272001 for room hire rates and to discuss your requirements.
