Children under 4
Free access to public swimming sessions.

Carers
Registered individuals that provide assistance and facilitate access to services by disabled customers shall be entitled to free use.

Children in Care
Young persons upto the age of 18 years old and who are in the care of Caerphilly County Borough Council shall receive free use for the following activities. Swimming, Fitness Suite, Badminton, Squash and Classes.

Care Leavers
Young persons from 18 - 21 years old (or above if in full time education) and who have recently left the care of Caerphilly County Borough Council shall receive free use for the following activities. Swimming, Fitness Suite, Badminton, Squash and Classes.

Athletes
Promising and talented athletes who meet our Sports Development criteria will be entitled to free access for training purposes. (i.e. The Elite Caerphilly Scheme).

Junior
Those customers under 18 years old shall be charged a 50% concessionary rate at all times. As a result of a WAG funded initiative, swimming for all juniors aged 16 and under will be free during selected sessions during holiday periods.

Customers over the age of 60
Shall be charged the 50% concessionary rate for individual activities and single court bookings. As a result of a WAG funded initiative, swimming for all customers over the age of 60 will be free during public swimming and / or designated sessions.

Unemployed and Low Income
Guaranteed Pension Credit, Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance - Income Based / Contribution Based (L), Incapacity Benefit, Employment and Support Allowance shall be charged the 50% concessionary rate for individual activities and single court bookings.

Students
Individuals who are engaged in full time study shall be charged the 50% concessionary rate for individual activities and single court bookings.

Disabled
Individuals who are permanently unable to work as a result of their disability shall be charged the 50% concessionary rate for individual activities and single court bookings.
