Personal trainer produces top results for resident

Jo Lee, a resident of Caerphilly County Borough, began her journey for a fitter healthier body after her exercise routine was failing to produce the desired results.  With the expert help of Liam Hewitt, a personal trainer at Caerphilly Leisure Centre, Jo has now achieved her goal.

Welsh Government introduces free swimming for Armed Forces

Free swimming for Armed Forces and veterans is the latest initiative to be launched by the Welsh Government as part of its Package of Support for the Armed Forces Community.
