Caerphilly leisure centre Lifestyle Fitness Suite, with its extensive and varied exercise equipment, has something to offer everyone. Whether you want to lose weight, tone muscles, increase fitness, muscle or strength we can help. The fitness suite offers a combination of over 50 cardiovascular and resistance machines, situated throughout three separate rooms. All fitness staff are extensively trained and are able to offer expert advice in order to help you achieve your desired goals. In addition we offer regular assessments to monitor your progress free of charge.
Following your workout, why not unwind in our relaxing Lifestyle Health Suite equipped with a sauna and steam room. A perfect way to relax tired muscles.
