Welcome to Llancaiach Fawr

Llancaiach Fawr Manor stands proudly, as it has done since c1550, overlooking the Glamorgan Uplands. Step inside the Manor House restored and furnished as it would have been in 1645. All the furnishings in the rooms are accurate reproductions of items from the time of the Prichards.
Inspiration abounds for artists
On Saturday 18 May, Llancaiach Fawr Manor house will be opening their doors to scribblers and illustrators inspired by The Big Draw campaign.

Heritage Lottery Fund awards £943,000 to Llancaiach Fawr
A Grade I listed* Tudor Mansion and popular visitor attraction in Nelson near Caerphilly has been awarded £943,200 from the Heritage Lottery Fund, to see its hidden attic, a former Servant Quarters, opened up to the public for the very first time.
