Parking

In order to avoid congestion at this year's BBC Proms in the Park event, please use the park and ride scheme in operation. On Saturday 8th September, the Park and Ride scheme will operate from St.Ilan School. Follow the temporary signs from the A470, A469 and A468. Fee £2.00 per car.

Park and Ride Buses from the event will run 22:30 to 23:30 from the site and the Car Park will be closed at Midnight. 

Coach parking

The town's main coach park located off Crescent Road will not be in use for the event. All coaches should arrange to drop off on Nantgarw Road and proceed to the park and ride. There is a small fee of £4.00 per coach . Coaches should organise pick up at the end of the evening at the Park & Ride car park (visitors should use the Park & Ride buses to meet their coach at the Park & Ride car park). Alternatively, visitors can make private arrangements to be picked up from within the town.
