Planning For The Future 2013-2015
(pdf, 2.7mb)

A Caerphilly Local Commissioning Plan has been agreed after extensive public and stakeholder consultation, the plan identifies the partnership working taking place to ensure that Caerphilly's supporting people services complement the strategic priorities of the statutory sector and also respond to the current and future support needs identified within our communities.

The plan explicitly identifies a number of schemes which we would seek to commission over the forthcoming two to three years to help mitigate the difficulties that we anticipate our most vulnerable families and individuals will be experiencing.
