Sustainable Energy Project

The aim of the Sustainable Energy Project will be to develop and implement community-based sustainable energy projects .

In collaboration with Welsh Government Energy Programmes, Community Energy Wales, Carbon Trust and other partners, the project will work with community groups, farmers, businesses to develop and implement a number of flagship sustainable energy projects and approaches across the Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent LAG area.

Building on the success of the previous programme, the project will aim to develop a series of innovative, co-operative approaches to sustainable energy with the aim of learning from and contributing to best practice.
