Have you recently had to go through a difficult time? Are you finding things tough to cope with ? Do you find it difficult to get out and about in your local community ?

If you have answered yes to any of these questions then one of our projects might be for you :

It teaches key life skills that will help you feel better, happier and more in control of your life. It is also useful if you are caring for somone who is depressed or really unhappy at the moment.

* Self Help Sessions - for people who would like support from others.

* Other services - we can tell you about what services are in your area and how you can access them. We also offer support to help people find work, keep fit, volunteer and improve your well being.
