How can I obtain a Smartcard?

If you haven’t already applied for Smartcard you can find out more and apply online at -

How do I order a replacement Smartcard?

If you have lost or damaged your Smartcard you can re-order a replacement by sending your full name, date of birth and full postal address to leisure@caerphilly.gov.uk

 

How can I see my loyalty points balance?

You can check your points balance and view your transactions by visiting the SmartRewards website https://ccbcrewards.smartcitizen.net/public/login.aspx

 

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password by emailing the Customer Service Team , don’t forget to include your details (full name, date of birth, full postal address -  leisure@caerphilly.gov.uk

 

How do I get my ‘free month’ using my loyalty points?

If you have 310 points or more you can redeem them against a free month on your Direct Debit – just email the Customer Service Team your details (full name, date of birth, full postal address) and we will apply the free month leisure@caerphilly.gov.uk

 

How do I cancel my Direct Debit?

You can cancel your Direct Debit by contacting your bank direct or by sending an email to the Customer Service Team - leisure@caerphilly.gov.uk  Please note that cancellation emails will be processed the next working day
