New Clubs

1). New Clubs wishing to use grounds in Caerphilly County Borough must apply to the Outdoor Facilities Department in writing or email in March for Bowls and Cricket or June for Football and Rugby, before the start of the coming season. If the club is successful in their application then Terms and Conditions will be sent out to them with a letter confirming their allocated sports ground. 

2). The club must read and sign the form to say they will adhere to the Terms and Conditions and return them by the due date found on the form, in the envelope provided along with a current fixture list and public liability insurance for the coming season. This allows the team to book a fixture on the ground.

Established Clubs

Established clubs who have been allocated grounds the previous season will automatically be sent out an application form. Once returned, pitches will then be allocated and Terms and Conditions forms will be sent out.

Part 2). of the above then applies. There are no exceptions.

Clubs who do not return their T's & C's, Public Liability Insurance and their fixture list by the start of the season will be refused booking until all forms have been received.
